1. Who we are

RX GLEAM PLLC operates a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers and coordinates fulfillment through licensed pharmacies. We do not practice medicine; care is provided by independent licensed clinicians.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in a state where we operate to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid government-issued ID for identity and age verification.

3. Not for emergencies

Our services are not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

4. Provider review & prescriptions

Submitting an intake does not guarantee a prescription. A licensed provider reviews your information and prescribes only when clinically appropriate. Providers may decline treatment at their discretion.

5. Payment

• You are charged only if a provider approves your treatment.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your portal.
• Prices are shown before you are charged and may change with notice.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to use medications only as prescribed, to keep your account secure, and not to misuse the platform. Providing false information may result in denial of care and account termination.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, RX GLEAM disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes
