Information we collect

• Account & contact details (name, email, phone, date of birth, address).
• Health intake responses and messages with your care team.
• Identity documents (government ID) for age and identity verification.
• Payment information, processed securely by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

To provide telehealth services, coordinate prescriptions and fulfillment, verify identity, process payments, communicate with you, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share with

Licensed providers and pharmacies involved in your care; service providers (hosting, payments, communications) under contract; and authorities where required by law. Vendors handling health data do so under Business Associate Agreements.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. Identity documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage.

Your choices
